YMMV reason is that for some reason, the fact this Acoustic Electric is not mentioned on the page. The part number SKU matches that of the Acoustic Electrics. Links at the end of the post. Fishman Pickups. They do have free 35 day returns so may roll the dice on this one if you are specifically looking for an Acoustic Electric

Satin Black Top - https://www.proaudiostar.com/prs-...n-box.html

Vintage Mahogany - https://www.proaudiostar.com/prs-...n-box.html

Two Colors available I have the black one. In my humble opinion the best sounding Parlor Guitar for the money. You have to spend in the Thousands to get the Taylor Martin to get better

No offense but I don't think that's a P20E

P20: PPE20SABV (this deal $289)

P20E: PE20PSABV (new $599)

I thought the same thing but thats why I posted the SKU that is on the Features Tab on the page to the FleetSound link in the OP

PPE20SAVM is the Walnut SKU which is a P20E as shown in the fleet sound link above.

The Black is also electric with Part number PPE20SABV
Link to the same SKU with Electric Pickup

Yup but that doesnt change the fact that it's hitting the lowest price it goes down to and is a Parlor Guitar that punches way above its weight just like almost any PRS guitar.

I'm not saying it's bad, in fact I would like to get a P20E, so I watched a lot of reviews, but ended up finding that this might not be P20E.

The guitar factory cor-tek in China seems to be credible (although another SDer commented "made in China POS" but deleted soon after). I just wanted to point out some historical prices for others' information.

Apparently they got it mixed up, their P20 shows P20E's SKU and P20E shows P20's SKU.

I already have one so you should call them to find out. They are obliged to ship the SKU they have posted or they will cancel the order. Either ways if you want it you should check with them. My P20E is the only acoustic I have left. The rest of my collection is all electrics. I dont feel the need to get anything else. Its that good. There isn't a Tone I can't get out of it.

I've been seeing a ton of 50% off deals lately, mostly from proaudiostar. Are these legit deals or is the MSRP inflated to make it seem like a better deal? Or do guitars very commonly only sell for half of MSRP?

I bought one a week ago and it's a P20E for the same price but I don't think this one is.

Almost never, these are factory seconds or returns and this place flips them.

I have the P20E in Antique White, and behind the headstock says, "Built by Cor-Tek…China". Keep in mind that Cor-Tek is the same as Cort, which isn't a fly-by-night facility—they manufacture for other brands as well.

Initially the SE guitars were built by WMI in Korea i.e. my 2002 Santana SE and 2015/16 SE 245.

Think of WMI and Cor-Tek as the Magna Steyr (auto manufacturer) of guitars.

To my understanding PRS switched to Cor-Tek when they were offered an exclusive manufacturing facility in Indonesia—no other brands are built under contract/license in that facility. I guess the balance between economies and quality made sense for PRS to make the switch.

Hope this helps.
