I will say that initially I felt disappointed in its longevity, however I think that was more a matter of me just getting used to it, because I would receive compliments from people well after I thought it had worn off. Kind of like how I couldn't smell tires anymore an hour into my shift at the tire shop.
I'm probably down to the last 25% or so of my 1.7oz bottle. Maybe I'll give that dupe mentioned above a shot when I re-up. I've got newborn twins and a fiancé that I adore now, and I was wearing this stuff on our first date! Coincidence? I think not. Without the cologne, I'd probably be 35 years old, divorced, and living in a van down by the river.
I recently decided that I'm done hating them. My girlfriend recently found her stash of old CD's and the Human Clay album was in there. I decided to listen to it on a recent trip up to Whistler and you know what? They're not that bad! I'd even go as far to say that there were a couple songs that actually rocked on that album - like "What If".
Anyway, I'm done pretending that Creed is the devil incarnate. It's not like they're Nickelback.
How would the return go for them? Would I need to return it for them? Are returns even allowed?
Would it be cash for me or store credit for them, depending on who returned it?
Just curious how this would work as we've never purchased cologne from Costco before.
Thanks for any help you can offer!
Costco has a very generous return policy. They'll accept it back!
Least offensive... That means you agree to some extent it CAN be offensive. Just because something is expensive does not make it not offensive for some people.
Sure, least offensive to those people who find it offensive. Does not bother me. I find women's perfume to be pleasant, esp if I am attracted to them. Men's cologne I tend to ignore. But I don't have a strong sense of smell, never have. Maybe that's why it does not bother me. Maybe your sense of smell is strong and hence why it bothers you?
On a personal level, I occasionally use cologne. When I do, I find the women around me tend to comment on it. The comments are almost alway positive.

There are some fragrances that get cloned. Their price is higher for a reason. The dupes come close but are not exacts. Everyone has their preference. I have several dupes that I am comfortable with the subtle difference for the lower price. Then there will be originals that are just better. You will find that some fragrance houses will be expensive like Creed or Tom Ford.
Not everyone can afford the Ferrari so they settle for a cheaper sports car. Same here. Buy what you can afford and like. If your lady likes it, who cares if it's a clone.
You mean a distinct old man smell? That's the mung beans of course
Parfum> Eau de parfum > Eau de toilette > Eau de Cologne > Eau fraiche
Hahahaha love this description
The notes change throughout the day and are even slightly different from batch to batch.
