Not a bad price compared to retail, but if you don't need the built in pickup, you can find a solid top for this price on sale pretty regularly. Adorama sometimes has the CD-60S on sale for around $100-$110, and it's a better guitar with a solid top.

Seems like a rock solid deal on an acoustic electric. Adorama is unclear if this is just a built in tuner or an acoustic-electric that can be plugged into an amp, but amazon review of the model indicate that it is, indeed, acoustic-electric.

The E in the model number indicates electric. I haven't really seen one with just a tuner in it before.
