In a bubble, this seems like a great deal for a 32GB version.
Comparatively, the 16GB version of this was/is $1500 @ Costco. $380 for 16GB RAM is a bit steep, yes?
Many people couldn't find the Costco closeout deal locally. IMO this is better than the recent FP deal. 32GB RAM is more valuable than 1TB SSD because you can always use an external drive for storage. Apple charges $400 to upgrade from 16GB to 32GB RAM, whereas the upgrade from 512GB to 1TB SSD costs $200.

With 32GB RAM you're much less likely to end up feeling cramped, even with multiple tasks running, and the system will page to SSD much less, thereby extending the life of the (non-replaceable, of course) SSD.

Is this a fast, great in performance MacBook?

Is is worth to buy Apple care from Adorama as well? I see they only sell it for $399 for 3 years

Note that RAM on Apple Silicon is not the same as it was on PC or Intel. Tests show that much like iOS outperforms Android in RAM-based tests even with fewer GB, M chips do the same in macOS and 16GB/32GB here is not as tight as it would be on the past equivalent Intel models.

Soo, which MacBook pro would you recommend, if I'm looking for a fast, well performed laptop? I need to use it for my work ( some specific programs- not IT), and I want to work very fast
-
Which one will be the best : 16 GB,1TB, or. 32 GB, 512 GB?
Ideally,I'm looking for 32 & 1 TB, but they seems like never in a food sale.

Depends on your primary usage for it. Different types of work have different needs.
