70% works even better. You don't want to use 91% as the alcohol evaporates too fast. 70% is actually more effective for porous surfaces / materials

Thanks for pointing that out, I somehow missed the deal on Walmart. I went ahead and added the 8 Oz. to the OP and also found it on Amazon for the same price w/ subscribe and save to lower it slightly more.

Put regular rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and pull out your insole and leave outside spray the shoe inside and insole.
