Be mindful of the wire gauge as it is high, therefore total load it can handle is low. Will be a fire hazard if you plug in power hungry devices (i.e. electric heaters, electric blankets, air conditioners, hair dryers etc).

How did this make FP? It's not even really a deal, let alone one that is front-page worthy. For example, you can buy a 6' 16-gauge, three outlet extension cord for $2 at any Menards (and, yes I get it that you would actually have to get off yur behind to do that, so please, no posts calculating your gas and time costs, that got old in 2008). https://www.menards.com/main/elec...c-6410.htm

Puddinhead, the Menard's cords you linked are 2-prong, with 2-prong outlets, and only 3 of those. Plus you have to...ahaa...MAIL IN A REBATE....hooaaaaaahaa haa haa ...for 25 CENTS. That's about half the cost of the stamp on the envelope.

And the plug is not a flat plug. So definitely a failed comparison to the specs and features of this one. Flat plugs and three-prong types are both things that drive up prices.
