I want to like this game so so much. But I just can't justify the cost of anger therapy. Smilie

Mad respect for those that can spend a ton of time dying over and over, then finally doing that perfect run to get to the boss only to get one-shotted and ending up back at the very beginning with everything respawned.

It's not THAT hard, and the difficulty is easy to tame if you find it frustrating or too hard just by watching some YouTube videos to learn strategies, tips, item locations etc.

Huge fan of this game (even if the sequels improved upon the gameplay) and to me it's the most beautiful game on most recent gen consoles. $30 for me is a no question, but if you have ps plus it's currently on there.

This was the best looking game on PS5 for the longest time until Forbidden West took the throne. It's still mindblowing how good it looks.

I really hope they remake Dark Souls and maybe Bloodborne too, exactly like this.

Great game and I hope and future remakes get done by them. I know the die hard fans hated the visual changes, but the game absolutely feels modern now. That said, you can absolutely tell its the first game in the "souls" series. Lots of ideas that didn't pan out. Not the remake's fault.

For an average player like me, this is a hard game to play. I have never played any Souls game until this one. At first I dont how to start the game so I was forced to rely on video walkthroughs but I still struggle and this what really frustrates me at times. I had already spent tons of hours (around 50+ hours) between playing and watching the walkthrough and my completion is just at 7%.

In spite of this, I really enjoy the game. It challenges me. It is one of a kind.
