Such a great game. If new to this series, just know that it's supposed to be challenging and mechanics are intentionally cryptic, so don't ever feel bad about looking stuff up online if you get confused. ESPECIALLY in this game, where you can alter the "world state" of certain areas unintentionally.

It's a relatively short journey though, so don't overthink it too much - all sins are forgiven in new game+, and there are some items you can't even obtain until the second run. Good luck!
