Just in the case you have not used the clear ones before, I don't think the glue on the clear version works as well as the standard.. My skin can be oily and I wash my face at night before putting these on and it seems the clear ones will occasionally fall off.
These actually do wonders, especially if you're sick. I use them regularly and so buy Walmarta equate brand

Pretty much because your body is dependent on them now.

Please don't listen to this guy folks. There is a reason the manufacturers of those medication have to say in the bottle that you shouldn't take more than 2-3 days. Rhinitis medicamentosa is a real ailment.

I don't use it every day. maybe once a week for me. Glad you clarified instructions for everyone. If you have a serious issue, go with a CPAP. Talk to your doctor before you start wasting money on these things.

Just because you use these doesn't mean you need CPAP. You don't know what your talking about.

I find that Witch Hazel (with nothing added) on a cotton pad works pretty well too.

I use one of those 1" squared alcohol pads Costco sells to clean my nose every night before putting on a knock off brand sold at Grocery Outlet every night. It works quite well

Go to Kroger or kroger associated store and you can regularly find them on clearance for a couple dollars plus sometimes with cashback offer online/in the app.

I've used the mouth tape... it works, but not as good as I hoped. I was somehow still snoring even with my mouth closed (I'm a mouth snorer). So I'm going to buy this in addition to the mouth tape.. And see if it will work better together...
i too used the hostage tape and still snored... what worked for me was one of the mouth guards that moves your bottom jaw forward a tiny bit.

it was uncomfortable for the first week or so, but now i'm totally used to it and the snoring went away on day 1. i got mine on amazon (Anti-Snore Device by SmartGuard) B0BDGG5X9C
