Just in the case you have not used the clear ones before, I don't think the glue on the clear version works as well as the standard.. My skin can be oily and I wash my face at night before putting these on and it seems the clear ones will occasionally fall off.
These actually do wonders, especially if you're sick. I use them regularly and so buy Walmarta equate brand

Depending what you need these for a NasalAid Nasal Dilator -with 365 Daily Uses may be a less expensive way to get relief.

My wife would only buy Breath Right as she tried other brands but breath right always worked best.

A friend told us about the dilator and gave her one as they had 2.

It has worked for her and saved us on having to buy Breath Right for her nitetime breathing issue. Just keep it clean.

( spent hundreds of dollars on breath right over the years. )
ebay sells a single pack for $6.99

I use one of those 1" squared alcohol pads Costco sells to clean my nose every night before putting on a knock off brand sold at Grocery Outlet every night. It works quite well

Be careful if using every night as they can "stretch" out your nasal airways and over time, make it even more difficult to breathe while asleep.

Tried this and others and rip them off in my sleep every time I wear them. The endless searches in my sheets for a lost nasal dilator. Never again. At least I know these nasal strips stay on until I wake up and don't even feel them when sleeping.

Whatever works best for each person.....

I tried using strips in the past and didn't work for me. If you have a stuffed nose at night, I recommend trying phenylephrine hydrochloride nasal spray. That's the only thing that works for me.

I started wearing these when I had a bad cold several years ago and haven't stopped wearing them. They do such a good job of keeping the nose open. I've got a deviated septum and they sure seem like they work! Great post!

These leave marks in the bridge of my nose due to the string adhesive. Otherwise they work great

There is literally no study that says this. Don't spread beliefs as facts.

OP, thank you for the find. These have helped me tremendously. Coincidentally, it's also helped me be better at washing my face at night.

I completely agree.
I smoke a cigar with the guys once or twice a month and afterward at night I use a nosestrip. I have tried both and the clear strips glue is not as good.

If you have to buy this one, then probably you need a CPAP machine..
It can be expensive based on your insurance,

2c from a obstructive sleep apnea patient.

I went to get sleep tested and I was diagnosed with very minor sleep apnea. Tried the CPAP machine for a while but ended up with a lot less sleep because I couldn't get used to it. With minor sleep apnea, it wasn't supposed to be effective anyways.

Tried the nose strips instead and although it only helped a bit, it was significantly better than the CPAP machine. Cheaper as well.

Pretty much because your body is dependent on them now.

Please don't listen to this guy folks. There is a reason the manufacturers of those medication have to say in the bottle that you shouldn't take more than 2-3 days. Rhinitis medicamentosa is a real ailment.
