Any link to a NON-Amzon/Newegg/MSI/commercial site? I've looked a bunch. 470-yeah. Not 371.

It's a pretty basic QLC/Dramless drive. Personally think $5 more is better spent on an Intel 670p.

Every SSD post should say:

If it's TLC/QLC/etc. (PLC is coming in a few years...)
If it has DRAM
What the rated endurance is

It's 210 TB for the 1 TB drive. DRAM-less QLC.

You guys are crazy. Getting similar variations for around $30-35 per TB with tax as my limit. Got a 2TB Pony 2140 for $64 total yesterday.
Can you share the 2140 2tb deal if still available? I am looking for a2tb deal.

Prices collapsing like the memory prices did in 1993.

Speed too slow, need top speed for MS FS 2020.

Is this good for a boot drive?
With a 210 TBW endurance rating, I would not recommend using this as a boot drive for a daily driver PC. For a seldom used secondary PC, this drive would be acceptable. You would want approximately 600 TBW for a main PC drive.

No, but it involves pretty much any store close, call into phone support, and then say my 30% off code doesn't work. Few minutes, and they usually do it. Old school slickdealers been doing this for years.

Highly recommend this drive if you want a great a bang for buck gen3 drive. DRAM and generous TBW rating. Worth the extra in my opinion.

Why the MP34 and not MP44

Why the MP34 and not MP44
The MP34 is only $10 more than the drive posted in the subject of the thread. The MP44 is currently $32 more. Was trying to pick a worthy drive closer in budget to the M371. Nothing wrong with the MP44 if you can take advantage of the Gen4 support, but keep in the mind the MP44 does not have DRAM cache, the MP34 does. Also keep in mind at $66, you are getting closer in pricing to some of the budget 2TB drives.
