Try resetting the camera to factory and formatting the SD card. The camera should format it for you in the options menu.
I believe this was mentioned in a past deal regarding the a119v3. They don't like Samsung sd cards and have reported issues with it. Apparently sandisk is their recommended brand. Idk if a firmware update might help, but I usually format my 256 pro endurance every 6 months to make sure it works.

I actually have a SanDisk card and it just corrupted.
I can see all the files that was there, but I cannot add or delete or format.
I tried on windows, Mac and Linux, also used gparted to erase and nothing can change anything on the card.
whatever recorded there is readable however.

I've had this happen on other devices & cards. I suspect a poor connection that sometimes gets momentarily broken when your car hits a bump - if it happens while it's writing to the card, the card gets fried. I just recently came to this conclusion so I can't guarantee this works, but try adding a couple layers of tape to the top of the SD card to thicken it a bit and force the contacts to meet better.
Thankfully I haven't had an accident with mine, but it records fine when I press the record button.
