I bought a couple of these about 6 months ago and they've already begun to severely degrade. It might be better just to get a MicroSD card and use a USB reader. The Samsung one is pretty similar in size.

Had the 64GB version in my car to store music, died after 3 years. Replaced with SanDisk's equivalent to this drive, still working fine.
