Who in their right mind would pay $3-4 for a protein bar? Absurd.
I aim for around $3 for the met-rx big 100 bars. They are meal replacements and $3 for a meal isn't bad. It's a good chunk of all macros, but protein is the priority.
Agreed. If they don't at least match the Costco/Kirkland knockoff bars that are always $1/bar, they're not worth buying for me.
Gone are the days of sub $1 bars I think. The Kirkland bars are $24/20 so more like $1.20 per bar now, if you get the full S&S discount these name brand bars are actually cheaper. I prefer the Quest brand but I guess it's person preference, I do think the Kirkland brand gets goupy and sticky easier than the quest. I don't go through them quickly so I appreciate buying 12 packs vs 20.
Why is this a deal anymore. I wish they'd get back to about a dollar a bar.
I've bought full-size Quest bars for $1 or less several times in 2023. The best was 88 cents each. It seems like people submit anything with a coupon as a "deal" even if the base price or final price is still high.

Yea I should've been more specific: Who in their right mind would pay $3-4 for a Quest bar!? Perhaps if I was starving to death while being held hostage in an airport.
