I came back to mention, that they have a mobile app that if you do some simple tasks each day <5 minutes to test the network they reward you with points that can then give you rewards.
After around 2 weeks of doing this, I just got an email that I am getting a wireless charger, earbuds, and 6 MONTHS FREE SERVICE automatically applied to my account.
I think this makes it a no brainer at this point.
I have on a similar $25 plan with Boost Infinite that requires another $5 for up to 30GB of hotspot data, and the hotspot will activate but not provide internet connection to connected devices without the add on.
