yup, true. No spiderman on the pc version either. Such a dick move by Sony who owns the rights to Spiderman. Wish Microsoft would buy Marvel from Disney and make Spiderman the only available character on the PS version.

The original single player mission is really, really good. Great story. The DLCs have been fairly decent. I'll agree that the daily missions can be repetitive, but it probably would have been too expensive to bring in new villains etc. to spice things up.

I don't mind that I paid full price when it released, definitely a steal at $5. You'll get several hours of single player gameplay that'll keep you engaged.

Hard to call it definitive edition when it's missing spiderman. I saw it on my xbox game pass and pulled it up because my kid likes spiderman and he was no-where to be found.

yeah i have this question as well; picked up the game and steelbook last year when it was $10 or something. read through the entire faq and it only mentions cosmetics, etc. but not missions content

After the day-one patch download is complete, an internet connection will not be required to play the game solo, although you'll need an active internet connection to play online co-op, download post-launch content including new heroes, new missions, and new regions for free.

There is plenty here for that $6.00 price on any console

That's not how it works. Sony owns the Spiderman IP forever, unless they sell it.

The campaign is worth the 6 dollars, it's really well told. And for Hulk fans it's prob the best depiction in awhile.

You can skip out all the (originally) live service stuff. But I will say the raid is actually super fun and well designed.

However you have to be sufficient level alongside 4 friends.

This likely doesn't mean indefinitely of course but the servers will be up for the foreseeable future.

Sorry but you are wrong. I had the game for awhile and you can play offline without multiplayer.
