I'm looking for something affordable to replace my Apple keyboard (given to me), and I'm really looking for something backlit on a budget. Ended up going with a cheap, 1 color backlight, wired keyboard from Amazon.
Also, that means keeping track of the aaa battery recharger and removing/replacing the batteries whenever they are discharged.
My personal preference is I'd rather just leave it plugged in rather than have to do that song and dance every few days.

Edit: I keep forgetting this keyboard has no RGB, so rechargeable batteries would probably last a few months. You're right — it wouldn't be a big deal to use them in this keyboard!

Ajazz keyboards are plug-and-play - no software is needed. My only major complaint with Ajazz keyboards is that I've only seen them use 3-pin switches, not the 5-pin ones so you may be slightly limited on switch options
