These are probably the cheapest one.
But, basically, the 7800x3d would probably be faster strictly in gaming - depending on which games you play and your GPU - and slower in productivity/creation apps, and the 5800x3d would probably be a bit slower in strictly gaming and quite a bit slower in non-gaming apps.
Also, for anyone who wants more RAM, most MC locations have lots of it available open box for just $77.
And be sure to update your motherboard's bios to the latest one on Asus' website, since SOME Asus boards (though not reportedly this one) have had some problems with power delivery with some CPU's (mostly the x3d ones) with the original bios. Better safe than sorry.
