I have to admit these manual ones seem to clean better than those fancy ones. I started off with a manual one for about a year and loved it. Spent the money on the BB2000 it was supposed to be the best of the best. I did enjoy it but it died on me after 3 1/2 years. I went back to a manual one and don't think I will ever spend the money for a fancy electric one again. I live in Oklahoma so I only had to use the warm water for a few months in the winter and will admit that was nice. If I lived in a cold climate I would consider buying a fancy one again. The dryer really never dried and the water pressure still wasn't as good. I would rather have better water pressure than warm water unless I lived in a cold climate.

You nailed it - if you live in a cold climate area, the ones that warm the water are an absolute must.
Purchased. Can DIY. Need just some minor tools like a screw driver and clamp plyers to install. Suggest you get plumbing tape too for the threaded connections.
So far pretty satisfied with this purchase and quality. Summer is going good. Let's see how winter treats me with that ice kiss.
