I love EGO... even though I had the worst luck with their tools. My mower failed the first season I owned it with a bad weld on the wheel attachment metal. This season I purchased the 4 AH carbon fiber trimmer with the 4ah battery which I believe is the trimmer for this sale. Battery only cycled twice and died with the flashing red light of death. Good News is the customer support is kind of good, they will take care of you... albeit very slowly. Been waiting for my replacement battery to ship for a couple of weeks now.
