I purchased this over the memorial day sale and picked up in store last week. I'm actually pretty impressed with the materials & build quality for the price. All items have adjustable feet and the firm (long lasting) cushions have some serious velcro to stay in place. One thing to note, the product page says that the set comes with decorative pillows as shown in the photos, but mine did not. However, HD customer support refunded me an $80 gift card (30%) for the missing items.

Contacted CS and they told me to call Hampton Bay to get those delivered. Not sure how this will be possible but we shall see what happens I guess.

Final answer: after much phone calling the store and convincing two different staff I finally received a partial refund to cover for the pillows approx 20% back. A week of effort probably 5-6 phone calls not worth it but they'll give it if you try hard enough. I was too invested to stop trying.

Let me know what kind of back support pillows you end up ordering. I'm looking and Hampton bay sells some outdoor ones. I was also looking at Sunbrella fabric ones but those run about $40 a pop!
