I used to use this and always had great results. Nowadays I mix-up my own solution (around 4% bleach usually works for me) since I've moved to a bigger -- and dirtier -- house and just have more organic growth so had to look for more cost-effective long-term solution.
But I'd have no problem using this for something quick and easy, at the right price.
CCC shows it at this price for about a month now. My local HD has it at $16.
Do keep in mind that bleach breaks down over time so this isn't the sort of thing you wanna buy a bunch of and then store for over a year. Ask me how I know
After looking at the MSDS for this and finding that it is simply bleach water, I decided to just keep the empty bottle, add a little bleach, fill the rest with water and attached to my hose and used the same. Worked great and much cheaper to just buy off-brand bleach for it.

Yup. Just had to do this. For a 3 ft patch on the apex of the roof.

Think I need to bring out my blue jeans to get the acid washed look. It's coming back
Did you use this or the house siding type?
