Second ingredient after water is glucose syrup. Contains no dietary fiber. Only ingredients to slow digestion are the proteins. Definitely not for anyone who is diabetic.

All the Sam's Clubs in my area stopped carrying the Boost brand altogether. I used to get their high protein drink for my wife. The Member's Mark equivalent just isn't that good. This has almost as much protein (15g vs. 20).

Yes, but be warned if you drink too many it t will change your pronouns to she/her/hers. If you only drink a few you will be they/them/theirs.
