The other is I don't need a lot and our store's prices are so much higher than my local grocery store. Plus, I can go to some outlet places and get many things so dirt cheap that I find it's worth the drive and not get upset over Walgreens.

I could have written that first topic for WG about 50 different times! They used to be a good place to shop.

I was having a pretty bad day with life in general and medical problems in particular and then I looked at RA stock (ticker RAD). OMG, I made over $10,000 today. I bought in at 62 cents on Tuesday and it hit 75 cents in the aftermarket today on a better than expected earnings report. The sky is the limit. The fair value of the stock is between $10 and $15. The risk is that RA goes out of business. I don't see that happening which is why I jumped in. Obviously, it's way too early to tell if this will be a winning trade but things are looking much better now than they were earlier in the week. Can anyone say short squeeze?

That's a lot of stock you bought to earn over $10K on a 13 cent per stock increase. I hope for your sake your risk pays off.

All I can say is after avoiding it for 3 1/2 years I'm not happy to get it now. They gave me all kinds of meds in the hospital and sent me home with three prescriptions to fill. Now I get to find out how these three medicines will affect me. Hopefully nothing too awful.

So sorry! I, too, am so afraid of catching it. If you have the home tests, if the date shows they have expired, Keep them! Go to the CDC website, as they have extended the expiration dates. At the time when these first came out, they had no way of knowing how long they would be effective. You look up your brand, lot number and orig expiration date, etc.
