For the folks who happen to have BOTH it may well be a different story- though it's also possible your local gas station might carry different cards than your local office supply store.

No because freedom unlimited doesn't HAVE 5x quarterly rotating categories, it's a complete different card.

The original OPs title just said "Select chase card holders"
I did a mod alert to ask them to change the title to Chase Freedom/Flex Cardholders because we kept getting people wondering why it didn't work on their Southwest Airlines card or whatever- but I guess the Mod didn't think to remove the word "select" from original title in front of that.
Plus even after that we still are getting Freedom Unlimited cardholders asking why they don't qualify because they don't understand Freedom and Freedom Unlimited are 2 entirely different cards.
And then I forget the darn categories by the time July rolls around...Lol
Have to be worst categories in a long time. 5% gas is ok but so many other cards are at 3%. Charging stations? Wtf and live shows. Seriously so wealthy folks only
