Since 2019 Adidas UB went performance based and sneakerheads didn't like the extra firmness and huge heel

So they remade the 1.0 and DNA models based on the original UB that's more lifestyle and comfort

Great info. I got in on the Ultraboost craze and bought a few pair (at full price) in my tts. Because of the mesh material they are tight in the toe box and I should've gotten 1/2 size up. I'm only wearing New Balance now but the Ultraboost is very comfortable and a great silhouette

I disliked ub19's, materials felt cheaper and it painfully pinched the sides. Never had 1.0, at this price worth a try but unappealing colors
