Ain't that the truth with life in general? Hahaha
Reminder that for $95, the pro Titan is still available at Home Depot: https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/fp/836339
I bought it a few years ago for spraying some cabinets. It worked quite well once you honed in your settings with it. My suggestion is to filter your paint as you fill this up (I used a cheap sink strainer) and clean it pretty quick after use.

I wonder how well this would work to put paint on a vehicle. Its a military vehicle, I was just going to buy rattle cans but it might be a decent option.

Not sure but an interesting idea! I just bought the other one from Home Depot this morning: https://slickdeals.net/f/16706762-titan-flexspray-hvlp-paint-sprayer-94-98-free-shipping then noticed this one when refreshing, ha!

*If you don't buy a sprayer though, try one of those new super tall and awesome turbo cans - I've heard they work wonders and that one guy has a few videos of them and it might save you some effort, and well... something new to try out Smilie. Reference: https://www.rustoleum.com/pages/turbo-spray

This appears to only have one spray nozzle tip. You might have to purchase other sized tips. The superfinish max version (~$100-$110) has three tips to choose from to get the best results.

Those turbo cans are great but I need to use a certain green and they don't offer custom colors. Great to paint a ratty vehicle though, I'll never understand if someone's paint is horrible, why they wouldn't take a few hours and at least do a rattle can job.

I have the super finish version and used to stain a large deck and porch swing. Worked great for that. Just back brush.

I bought this for 50$ recently and it did a good job for me. If you follow instructions and patient in thinning paint and cleaning up afterwards then you'll have no issues, if you're not smart nor diligent, then you'll have problems.

I tried using it on a wooden shadow box fence and I never could get it dialed in great. It did it, but it felt like the air coming through would heat up and clog up the tip quite regularly. It worked better than the pump sprayer that I also tried that was supposedly made for staining fences.

Same here. Bought recently for $50 and used to re-stain my kids' playset in the backyard. Saved time and effort vs. using the paint brush. I highly recommend it for an occasional use by diyers. I'd make sure to clean thoroughly for the next time. Well worth it for this price.

I've had mine for over 5 years and it does a good job for small painting projects. You could try to paint a room or a house with it but it'll take forever to do and it'll be an arm workout. The only complaint I have is how short the cord is and how bulky it is if you're trying to paint cabinets. It makes it hard to paint certain corners. Other than that, this thing is a work horse. I left paint in it several times for a few months and after cleaning the tip it just works.

If you plan on painting a room I suggest getting one of the Graco paint guns from home Depot for 300. The x5 is on sale for 305 currently. In comparison one line spray (1-2 seconds) on a wall from Graco is equivalent to 3-5 second sprays to match thickness and 2-4 lines to match the width from homeright.
Either ways , for $50 it's worth every penny.
