The G4560 has 2 physical cores plus hyperthreading and this has 4 physical cores with no hyperthreading. The cores themselves are about equal in pure performance but the N series are substantially more efficient about doing it and the will perform better multicore workloads since physical always beats hyperthreading. I personally would go with an N100 over an N95 considering the minimal cost difference.
Whether the replacement would be worth it is entirely subjective and dependent on what you are doing with it. If what you have does what you need in a satisfactory manner then why replace it? My "main" desktop is still rocking an i7-4771 from 10 years ago which has only slightly more performance than the N100 but it does what I need well enough.

Definitely don't buy from geekbuying . Amazon has similarly configured BeeLink for $167 currently.

home assistant, *rr, Plex, searxng, dashy, cloudflare, Windows VM, Backup Linux VM, bitwarden, adguard dns, github. Harvester is nice because it has HCI so you can run VM and containers in a kubernetes rancher cluster. It was not easy to setup tho, I know people from SuSE that helped me. I also use Unraid for the main NAS pool in another bigger server. Long term I need to figure that out.

That's awesome. I love the idea of these little low power boxes in a cluster. It looks complicated - and I say that as a network/systems engineer - so I'm not at all surprised that it's not very simple to setup or configure.

Even still, I am definitely going to get a couple more boxes to tinker with this idea in the future, so if you have any good resources please feel free to share them!

I got the N100 version of one of these mini pcs, I was hoping the power draw would be a lot lower than it is. It pulls 30-40 watts at all times, rarely goes under 30 even when idle. I was hoping for something a lot lower in power consumption for 24/7 use.
Be sure to check your units power draw. Don't assume it will only use 9-10 watts.

Some people choose to game and especially emulate older titles on CRT monitors which only have vga. High end CRTs had incredible refresh rates and contrast ratios and wonderful colors. Some places still have legacy projectors without hdmi, too. So I actually value having that old VGA port.
