The only thing you need to do is watch the 1999 classic "Pirates of Silicon Valley"
Also iWoz (by Steve Wozniak) is another good read.
I really liked a lot of Jobs's vision and theories, especially cross-disciplinary approaches to innovation. The world is so siloed today it feels like it's dying. Not a huge fan of his megalomaniacal employee attitudes…I only made it halfway through this due to time constraints, but good deal.
