Bought this and the chocolate and both taste horrible.

At this price, it's good for cheap protien but I'd pay more to get something else over buying the chocolate again.

They should have gone with erythritol. It's an immediate no for me based on that alone, or else this might have been interesting.
I know it's bad, but after having friends live in NC, I feel their medical personals aren't that great and this doesn't explain to ppl the way it should.

The reality is that all protein powders and shakes are heavily processed foods with nasty stuff in them. Sure it is an easy 24gms of protein but you're still.better off eating a chicken breast.
Convenience foods are easy, but not good for you. Food is good for you. Meal prep.
The real way to do this: stop working, buy land, raise chickens/garden off land and pump iron. A remote location is a plus also, away from heavy pollutants.

I'm not sure if it's dead, but I'm not seeing a coupon on the product page and S&S is no longer available for vanilla.

Hormones are not used in the US. They may be in other countries.
I entirely agree. That is why you want to eat real food, not food manufactured in a lab/factory with highly questionable additives. All these artificial sweeteners aren't good for you.
Hormones aren't used in the US? What country do you live in?!
Hormones are in a LOT of US foods. And now they're doing CRISPR gene therapy on our food and are not required to label it such.

VERY hard work. I did it for 10 years. Can't do it as I age... still like a remote location, though.

By comparison, the Premiere Protein at Costco is 30g for about $1.22 each when on sale.

The only thing I'd be cautious of is if there's a short expiration window, because trying to drink 48 of these before they go bad isn't going to be healthy with that much sodium and for so few calories.
Ive been waiting for a sale for a few months, when was the last time? Currently 32 dollars for an 18 pack

I haven't been able to find Fairlife anywhere either. Costco, Sams, BJs...all are OOS. I dig some digging and via their official Twitter account they are saying there is just unprecedented demand which is causing supply issues.
Awh, makes sense. Fair life is the best tasting and it's cheaper than the others at Sam's at least. I'm glad it's demand and not some other issue. Hopefully that will be resolved soon.

The study was done in vitro so essentially in a Petri dish, and used copious amounts of byproducts from sucralose beyond what a normal person would produce. It's something that bears further study but if we stopped consuming things because of what they did on in vitro studies there's a lot of things we wouldn't still be consuming.

Slickdeals is so lucky to have so many MDs and PhDs in biochemistry to make sure we don't kill ourselves drinking diet soda or consuming protein powder/drinks.
