is this why newegg increased price on quite a few gpu in the last few days? so you have to use this "deal" to bring the price down to last week's level except maybe the tax part is higher now
I wish they had the Sapphire Nitro and Sapphire Pulse for this price, they have the best coolers of the AMD cards.
The Sapphire Nitro also has $100 off making it $1,029, which I believe is an all-time low.
Prices do seem to be coming down, but it seems like it won't go below 1k until BF prob.

Unpopular opinion: with the economy not looking so good and consumer tech sales slumped, I think frivolous purchases like this will drop in price long before BF.
Yeah I noticed that shortly after I made my comment, before it only had like a $20 off coupon or something but then I refreshed the page and Amazon changed it to a $100 off coupon. It also stacks with the $10 off if you choose an Amazon locker as the delivery address.

The Sapphire Nitro was actually cheaper like a week ago ($1,009.99 + tax) but Amazon raised the price recently from $1069.99 - $60 to the current $1,129.99 - $110 promo. The question now is if you prefer the Sapphire branded cards because they have better coolers than the other vendors ... do you go for the Pulse card for $889.99 or do you go for the Nitro card for $1,019.99... is a better cooler and slightly higher clock speed worth the $130 premium?

Everything is going to be cheaper if you wait long enough, the question is do you really want to wait that long or pay a little extra to enjoy things now?

They've literally never been this cheap. Not saying to buy it but this is in no way "last week's level"
24 gigs of vram? Does any game require this or is this just future proofing?
Some games will use a lot as time goes on. But if you do any kind of 3D modeling or video editing you would be surprised how quickly 24gb will run out and you would need two of these things š±
Screw nvidia and amd for gouging the consumer! Buy nothing Gpu related!!! 3gens of gpu and best they can do is 1440p gaming with gimmicky smarmy overpriced 4k gaming, which in reality isnt that good.
