A friendly reminder when it comes to medical kits (coming from an EMT). Buying premade med kits such as this, is only good as a starting point & bag. There's many supplies you'll want to pickup and add to the kit. Some items you'll want multiples and junky just 2… some of the items you will really never use. I recommend purchasing your own bag that you like, then purchasing the supplies that fit your personal needs… such as if you work around animals, you may want to have more items that relate to bites and such. You can build a personalized kit for around $20-$30 and not have unnecessary items in it. That being said, this is a good kit for just a "toss in the ride" type situation. Won't save a life, but may save some tears when your kid falls off his bike! Stay safe everyone
this is a handful of bandaids 3 clothing pins tape scissors tweezers and a bandage and I don't think that combination of items is worth $18

The starting price is wildly high.
The sale price is ok for what you're getting. first comment is getting a lot of hate, but points out a good point about many of these "kits" being mostly small/cheap items.
searching Amazon for first aid kit gets you many results with 150+ pieces for $20

(given, a ton of cheapy small items again)
"Good for kids or at home, not a serious kit.
You are paying for a waterproof bag. The first aid kit is good for very small injuries and is more for kids than real-world use. It's a small package of bandaids and various tiny bandages but nothing for trauma or serious wounds, breaks, or any real injury that actually requires first aid. The bag is nice for filling up with better stuff but the content was very disappointing."
If anyone believes the $68.99 price in the OP, I have some valuable swampland to sell you...

Target offers a free Johnson & Johnson water-resistant First Aid bag with 3 select first aid products (including Target brand). Likely a better deal than this.

I just want to point out…. 1 mediocre medical kit, is better then no medical kit. So buy what will get one loaded up in the car! Stay safe and stay slick everyone!
$18 is fare for what it is and for the intended consumer. Even your average ifak kit requires some supplementation. Add a Israeli bandage and a RAT tourniquet and you would be ok
I like the RAT because it works well on kids and pets. It would probably still work if used incorrectly.

P.S… wouldn't mind some ammo deals on here haha
Will this kit help if my submarine implodes?
