Probably would have got this deal if it came with the wire like the other kit i bought but the way they put this on sale saving on the 30 ft wire which cost about an extra $40 and using a pwm versus MPT controller kind of sucks
Research PWM vs MPPT chargers and see which one fits you best for your application.

I have some outdoor pumps that run 24/7. Could I use this for a pass through charge that switches to grid power when the sun goes down?
What's the amp draw of the pumps? Likely overkill but a great price for peace of mind. I use 3 100W panels in my camper van.. 200ah batteries are always topped off running 2 fans, the monitor and several LEDs. Total draw about ~6 amps

I'm building a outdoor shed/office. Gonna power a laptop, couple monitors, tv, and a portable heating/cooling unit. And need a little extra wattage for a couple other things. Would this work? Possibly two of these?

Even without the heating/cooling your are pushing it. I have these same 4 panels and an MPPT charger, can get around 300-310w in full sun.
You really need to add up all your usage and size your system from there.
You'll also need an inverter and a lithium battery. Look on Facebook marketplace, usually can find used/new panels for pretty cheap.
