I must admit, I've become a fan. You have to order from Amazon direct to have any real chance at getting authentic Croc's. Make sure when you order that you receive a green hang tag and a UPC with other sales information tied to the shoe with a plastic strap (that you must cut to remove). If your Croc's don't arrive like that, then you may have counterfeits.

Sizing - size down. If you're size 10.5, then you want a Croc's Size 10.

In regards to the size down advice, I'm normally a size 10.5 and need a size 11 in Crocs, but I do have high arches, so maybe that's why, since that's the part that feels tight.

That's interesting -- I'm a solid 10.5 and wear something like 44.5 cm in European sizing (for bike shoes) - and Size 10 Crocs fit perfect with plenty of room. Crocs own site recommends sizing down, I believe. You may be an outlier, but for most - I'm quite certain the recommendation is to "size down" and not up.
