To people who can't spend the 8k. I normally pay my property taxes they charge 2% fee but this card gives back 1% so you pay 1% on 8k spent. Ie pay 80 dollars to get 1k bonus.
Also you can make estimated payments on your federal tax I believe it's 1.87% fee then reduce your withholdings to pay less to account for estimated payment. Otherwise get it back next year as refund etc..
Ever sell something on ebay? At a garage sale? Look, you have a business!

Ever have an IDEA for a business but haven't done anything with it yet? Look, you have a business!

Apply as a sole proprietorship, the business name is the same as your name, the EIN is your SSN.

You can do considerably better than 3 cents a point with most business and first class airline transfers (a booking to Japan earlier this year in business was about 7.4 cents a point for me for example though this is toward the high end)

Also I'd double check your "normally" results- 3 cents is high for typical Hyatt use, 2-2.5 is more typical.

Mind you- Hyatt is still worth doing compared to the portal or PYB or taking it as cash-- and even usually beats coach airfare values--- but typically is inferior to biz/first plane tickets via transfers.

How much are you spending that you're earning 3 million UR every year?
Unless you have a slick deal on a time machine, that's not a useful data point.

This is actually a much LOWER spend that it has been for most of the last couple years- normally it's been 15k for this card.

Hi guys, I was just approved for $6K limit and about to spend around $10K on flights in one transaction. Should I call Chase and request for an increase in line of credit? I heard it would be a soft credit pull. Thanks.

Yes. I asked for a limit increase just after I got the card, and they upped me from 5k to 15k. I believe they base it off of how much you estimate your annual revenue to be when you ask for the increase. In my case, I had said 15k.

If you have more than one chase business card, then you can transfer part of the credit limit over to this new card. No pulls on credit.

Do you have to do it over the phone or can you do it on the app or website?

My original application was 2 days ago, got a pending decision. Received an email from Chase yesterday to call and verify information (name & SSN). Called this morning and approved via phone. Email confirmation with the last 4 digits of the new card. Asked for expedited shipping, and transferred to another customer rep who said the card would be sent via UPS Air 1 to 2 biz days. Confirmed $5,000 limit. Also confirmed 100K UR bonus upon $8,000 spent in next 90 days. The exact date for the end of the spending requirement: November 7th.

TL:dR.. this bonus/offer/terms are still live!

Also used a referral link from eBay claiming a $205 reward. Will be interesting to see if the seller holds up to their end of the bargain.

Just applied and it's in review. 7-10 business days until a decision is made. Pretty sure this means I got rejected according to others who also got put under review with that time frame.

Not sure what I did wrong, but I applied under sole prop. Gave them my SSN. Said my income was $190k and my revenue was $225k. Said my business was Computer Systems Architecting. The last chase card that I applied for was the CSP back in May.

What went wrong?

edit: nevermind, they just needed me to call in to verify my identity. I was approved.

Mine was under review and then approved. I actually think it is common. I can't say for the job you posted since I did sole prop, but only make a few k a year.
