These have been on sale for a while. I have been using this pasta and tomato sauce [amazon.com] for digital no-rush credits. I receive $0.75 in credit for each item, which is more than their listing price, and I use the credit on Kindle books.

You need at least one item in cart that is worth $2 or more, you need at least two items in cart, and you need to select an Amazon Day delivery that's far enough from the current date to qualify for the credit. You can also only receive four credits for each order, so place orders with no more than four items, to maximize the credit received.

Not this post again.. it's a 7oz package. Can get 16oz of pasta for around $1 at most grocery stores.

Yeah I was going to say this isn't a deal. Even in current inflation $1/lb for pasta is pretty standard.

Plus just throwing it out there I've bought pasta off Amazon before (multi-packs of Macaroni and Cheese Embarrassment) and half the time at least one box is damaged. Chances are if you buy you'll get some broken pasta bits

Very low quality pasta. Do yourself a favor and get some legit pasta imported from Italy and made with high quality durum wheat. They're not that much more expensive and lead to so much better results and taste.

It's not a slickdeal; not sure why they keep posting this to frontpage. You can buy it every day price at Walmart for $.48 and up until a few months ago it was $.28 at Walmart

Very much agree. Raised in an Italian household by first generation Italian-American mother. I know how to cook pasta, instinctively, since I could safely reach the stovetop, and the difference in the way Italian made pasta and the USA made stuff cooks, tastes, and has proper "tooth" is night-and-day. Once I introduced my wife to the Italian made, especially bronze cut pasta, she has not bought or used anything else in our 45 years of marriage.

I've returned probably 2 dozen items that were were non-refundable. Some items they asked me to ship back, but most (personal care and food) they tell me to just throw out or donate. I've been a Prime member for a long time, so I suppose it certainly may be based on account history, pattern of returns, etc. but just sharing my experience.
