There are still a lot of Gen X that wear these and don't really care for some of today's smart watches. While this watch is more of a meh to me I will say Casio's G-Shock and Pro-Trek lines are quite good.

Being a Boomer, and having multiple Casio atomic/solar digital prior to the smartwatch era, I agree some people don't like to assimilate to newer technology, but this style seems really dated to an old guy like me.

A great price for the stainless steel (best version IMO) AE-1200WH, AKA the Casio Royale. The backlight is this awesome amber color too.

Millennial here, I have an Apple Watch but I definitely wear my Gshock or automatic more. My current favorite is a vintage Baby G I got from a lady off our local Buy Nothing group. The only problem is the calendar maxed out at 2039, so 16 years from now it'll suffer from the Y2K bug.

This particular watch is kinda meh tho. Personally I'd say Gshock or gtfo
