I bought this fan for $20, that was the regular price for it a couple years ago. I ended up returning it. It's very noisy, and bad quality parts. I don't recommend buying this.

I'm not sure that this fan was $20, or maybe it was and no one posted it here?

Here's a 2019 Frontpage deal for the smaller 52" Hugger fan for $40.

I bought this last go round. Besides being a little dinner than other fans, it has served us well.

HD has one-day sake on lots of fans. Look for DC motors as energy efficiency and possibly quieter.

DC Motors are very quiet and come with more speeds. However you can not add a remote for it later on. You could for the lights but not for the fan.

Can you suggest a decent fan? I have to add for 3 bedrooms.

Check Amazon. I picked up a 52" for $150. Bought another two 42" for the bedrooms. I plan on buying another 52" for the living room. Silent DC motor. Six speed. Adjustable led temperature. Dimmable. Reverse on the remote. The only catch is you can only use the remote which isn't an issue unless you were planning on using a smart switch. https://a.co/d/bHijqNB

I have a 42" hunter fan that sucks compare to these no name DC ceiling fans. It's like these legacy ceiling fan companies like Hunter and Hampton Bay are afraid to innovate.

Do you have to buy extra hardware to suspend fan like that and at an angle?

No. I managed to mount it at a 24° pitch with the existing hardware. It's rated for max 13°.
