Yeah the computer instruction said to put 10 on a physical card but she tried and then it said to swipe the card in but that just added 10$ to my overall total.

Scan 2 gift cards and after inputting your walgreens acc info in the terminal, the promo appears on their POS. Then they scan a WG gift card and then the discount is added onto the cart.
Very confusing overall but worth the slight hassle.
