You'd be wasting your money. You buy these power stations for the all in one compact benefit.

Lifepo4 batteries can be had for $300 that have more than 2x the amount of Wh.

You're better off looking for a stand alone battery

My friend used this for an electric skillet on the 4th or July, and a full charge lasted him only 15 minutes. Bring the solar panel if you plan on doing more cooking than that

Pretty electric skilets use like well over 1000W that these are rated for on peak, pretty sure theyre made to drain the 500w over like an hour w/ peaks into 1000w if the appliance has bursts of 1000W. I'd imagine that 15 minutes prob sounds about right cause thats 3x the amount that its rated for on constant drain.
