I would say its gold use case is shifting from an ATX build and keeping your full-sized power supply and CPU cooler, while getting a new ITX motherboard.
i have this case while it's nice.. you can find mATX cases that are smaller... one thing that kinda sucks is even with such a large case there are 4080/90s that don't fit... If I remmber correctly only 3 4080s fit (FE,MSI zotac(?))
This is probably a good case if you have an itx build and you want to transition towards a case that can handle more flexible parts like coolers, taller ram additional storage.

I actually built my first ITX build in this. I wanted something small, but lots of space to work with. I know it's a bit ridiculous, but I love it. Fractal cases are top notch quality. I love how all the panels come off with zero tools.
Anyone with this case tried to fit a matx board in? I see the additional space at the bottom and wonder will it fit. I don't want to change my board. TIA
