You can choose to keep NOD32 during the upgrade process. I did because I found Internet Security annoying with its own firewall settings.
Their Internet Security is Nod32... PLUS the following:
1. Firewall - which is addition program to block hackers from accessing your devices.
2. Network Attack Protection - additional safeguards to block out internet/network attacks on your devices.
3. Spam Protection - Filtering to block out 'most' spam from your incoming email.
4. Banking and Payment Protection - if you chose to switch it on, it uses a special additionally-secured web browser to conduct any of your banking/payment transactions.
5. Botnet Protection - additional part that blocks out your laptops from being used as a 'relay' base for internet botnets.
The 5 above are on Internet Security, plus 5 more monitoring functions, such as Parental Control, Webcam Protection, Network Inspector, Anti-Theft, and Brute Force Attack Protection (mass incoming attempts with mass random passwords).
