FYI if you're planning on getting the $80 one from Secondipity's site, it only comes with (I believe) a 90-day warranty unlike the $99 ebay one where you'd get a 2 year Allstate warranty. These earbuds have had frequent issues with their batteries, so make sure to do some thorough battery testing, i.e. repeatedly test how long it takes to drain the battery, as soon as you get it. Even still, some people who've had these earbuds have suddenly had issues appear beyond the 3 month mark, so this is definitely a "buyer beware" kind of situation.

Just an FYI, these buds are great. I wear mine to the gym every day. They have way better bass than anything jabra or beats have out.
I would recommend getting a warranty. My last pair were from ebay and included the 2 year warranty and while charging after a few months they would overheat and overcharge which severely reduced the battery life on one bud to about 20 minutes. I returned with the warranty and recieved my money back then I tried some jabras, but they just weren't even close. I rolled the dice again with ebay and this pair has been great going for about a year with daily use.

Does anyone have any comments on these when compared to Galaxy Buds2 Pro? Not sure whether it's worth switching.

Which jabras did you try? Picked up some refurbished jabra active 85t for $50 and theyre slightly better than my buds 2, not sure if I should return and double my budget
The 7 elites is what I tried. I had the 75t before as well. The sound and noise canceling on these is far superior. To me for $100 even if they did only last 2 years is a bargain. Everyone's is it worth it is different tho. It's not like you are missing out

The two year warranty saved my ass and my buds.
Curious how you got a two year warranty on your ass?

This right here. Mine lasted five months and I had to send them in. Do not buy these without a warranty
I don't even trust the Allstate warranty. I bought an Ebay refurbished item with one and they refused to honor it when I needed it.

The buds2 pro are good, but the sonys have the best noise cancelling, specially with third party eartips. The sound quality is about the same.

One bad thing about the sony ones is, when you're on a call the noise cancelling gets disabled and it gets into that awful "aware" mode or whatever it's called, where it pipies all the sounds into the earpieces.

So I use the buds for calls, and the sonys for music or podcasts.

Because the buds were covered, his wife didn't beat his ass. Simple.

Still doesn't explain his (not yours) ass warranty.

Oh no! It did that on the WFXM3. Horrible. Phone calls sound so awkward for me compared to other earbuds I own :-/

Bought these when they released in 2021 and used them nearly daily since then. The ear tips tend to wear out kind of quickly (i've been through 3 pairs) and recently I had to try to do a warranty claim - luckily Sony sent me a new pair, even though they were out of warranty. The right ear bud kind of just stopped charging and would only last about 30 minutes.

absolutely love them as they are just as good at noise canceling (with a good ear seal) as my sony over ears WH-XM3 maybe? I don't know the model # off hand.

Bought 2. Both have an issue where the right ear drains from full to dead in 5 min. Searching Internet, this seems very common. Seller is refunding.

Look at the Sony Linkbuds S. Better mic and reliability

Huge "no" for me: it only connects with 1 device at a time. I will keep my Jabra, that I can switch from my laptop to my cellphone easily
I think they recently released an update which allows it to be connected with two devices at a time. Not sure though.

Meh, my experience with them was fine. Item didn't work, I submitted claim, sent them in, and they said they couldn't fix so sent a check. It was like 2 weeks max.
