Trying to trade in A14 from Metro and entering IMEI on page gives error about device not eligible for trade-in. Device has been unlocked. Anyone run into this issue?

I am still waiting for them to accept my trade in. Been a couple of weeks since they received it.

I think they would as long as it postmarked and received by the date they give you for return. it took them at least a week or more after arriving to get to appraising it.

Has anyone traded in an iphone 6 or 7 and received the full credit? Also wondering how picky they are on the condition. Hard to have a perfect phone with 3+ years of use, even with a case and screen protector.

Not isolated, just activated my metro phone and they wouldn't take the imei online "The IMEI you entered isn't eligible for a trade-in offer."

I got a 13 mini two months ago and it surprisingly came with the physical sim. Not sure why that is and I fully expected the esim. I was relieved and happy it came with the physical sim. It was an upgrade of an existing phone line if that matters.
