Obvious that wouldn't work since your discounted price from Target after applying the offer would be the same as Amazon's price. You'll likely have to do this in the store by pricing matching with Amazon then scanning your app w/ the offer added before paying.

The price match policy explicitly excludes this kind of deal, so you got lucky. In general people should not expect to widely replicate stacking a price match and circle coupon.
