I think I'd recommend the MSFT extended warranty, I was able to add it to the white one when there was the Verizon deal months ago. Give this link a try:https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/s...surfacetab

yikes.. dont get walmart protection plan.. they make it so hard to file a claim.. if you have a chase card those might give you extra year warranty
