Probably the best midrange GPU you can buy for price to performance and features. The initial launch was shaky due to early drivers, but Intel has released drivers like every other week and its great now.
So if you are willing to deal with it's software issues, it offers decent value. If you are not willing to deal with it's teething issues.....then it is not for you.
Its just the idle power usage that prevents me from buying this.

Power Connector2 x 8-Pin so it might not work in my daughter's older Shuttle. She'll have to keep the GTX 1060.

Probably an older card. These will require you to enable Resizable BAR in your BIOS, which didnt start until 10th gen Intel's were released.
