I personally wouldn't recommend anything from Razer. Their customer service is one of the worst that many, including myself, have ever dealt with. Just hop on Reddit and read all the posts that people make about this terrible company. My Blade was my last purchase. If you have money to blow and want to gamble on not ever needing support or a replacement, then go for it. Otherwise, steer clear.

I 100% agree. Bought one of their Portal routers a few years back. Had all kinds of problems and told by support something like "we stopped making this... so we're not responsible" even though it was under warranty.

jumping on the "razer has bad customer service" bandwagon.


they took away my access to their sound software for some reason. oh well, less razer garbage on my computer!

I've been looking for new pc speakers. Maybe I'll just go for this one. Has good reviews, and price tracker shows its almost at its lowest price.

Just need someone to push me in the direction and say they love theirs, and I need it.

If only I hadn't spent so much during prime day.

Love this thing coming from years of Pro Media 2.1 I am soundbar believer lol! Mine was cheaper with unique cash back I got but I would say 200 is fair too.

Use good credit card and file claim to get money back easy. Give them proof companies gave u hard time

Agreed here, I've bought a few Razer products and the build quality is usually very weak

IMO they spend too much of their budget on marketing towards gamers than making an actual quality product

It sounds good looks much nicer on the desk with limited space and over all I would say it for its size and performance if you are in the market for gaming soundbar it is a solid product. Do not mean to knock on 2.1 especially for those who got for fraction of the price of this one. Both are good products!

Very underwhelming by soundbar standards. The software makes it so much worse. Would avoid. Returned mine as it's just mediocre. The Klipsch soundbar is much better.
