This fridge requires a WXFE filter which needs to be replaced every few months at a cost of more than $50. It will not accept generic filter replacements. This is enforced with a sensor in the fridge that reads a unique RFID tag embedded in the label of each genuine WXFE filter. So factor that into your decision.

Can just get the bypass plug and use an inline filter like this.

Was wondering why cubic feet was so low for standard depth and then saw it's only 33" wide. Good for people who don't have a larger area for their fridge.

My old sxs just quit working,the freezer is fine but fridge isn't cold enough so,after 14 year it's time for a new one.

I have this fridge, bought it through my company's GE partner site (perks at work) back in 2020 for around $1,300. Like users above said, it's small but we bought it to fit a small space as an extra fridge. In terms of functionality the water dispenser is nice and the drawers are very easy to clean but the freezer is very tight and a pain to actually arrange anything neatly. I would have gotten a bottom freezer if I had to buy a new fridge again.

Do you know if not using water dispenser is an option to override the sensor? I live out of the USA and only use bottled water for drinking.

This ships with the filter bypass valve. The "change filter" light will still come on every six months, but you just hold it for three seconds to clear it.
