There are some excellent scenes in the movie - overall meh though. It's good but slow in parts. Visually it's pretty. It was marketed poorly but if you want to read the reddit thoughts here they are (generally they rated it a 7.5 out of 10 I think?)

I bought Alita last year from Best Buy and as luck would have it, the disk had some damage on it. Since I didn't try to watch it until months after I had bought it, Best Buy wouldn't give me a replacement. Just something to keep in mind for anyone buying, might want to play the disks as soon as possible. Mine had a few scratches that would cause issues during playback. I suspect the disk came loose and was bouncing around during transit.

The BR coating did nothing? It is pretty difficult to scratch those up. Even in the cases.
